com! Looking for a reliable and enthusiastic FOH manager with at least 2 years experience in a restaurant or caf to lead the FOH team at our French inspired bakery and caf .
Experience in a bakery a plus.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
Our business hours from 7am to 5pm Monday thru Friday and 8am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday.
Must be able to reliably commute.
Job Duties Liaison between Owners/Staff Inventory/Ordering Special Order Sales Merchandising Supervise Shift for cleanliness, safety, and workflow.
Create positive & productive work environment to enable our team to deliver a great experience to our guests.
Customer Relations Contribute to Social Media Ideas Reconcile Daily Sales/Weekly Cash Drop POS System Accounts Payable/Receivable Supervise training for new Front of House Staff & ongoing training for current team Hiring/Firing/Enforce Policies Payroll using digital platform Scheduling Job Type:
